How much do plans cost, and are there hidden fees?
Prices are clear in your chosen currency, and we show your full order total before you pay: the price, any discount, and tax and fees. We add nothing after you press Pay.
Are my prescription pictures private?
Yes. Your pictures belong to your account alone, we never sell or share them, and they are deleted after the retention period in the privacy policy.
Does my subscription renew automatically? How do I cancel?
No. You pay for a fixed period and renew yourself with one tap from the reminder. You can stop renewal any time from the subscription page, and your plan runs to the end of the period.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has a receipt with the full details on the subscription and invoices page, and you can print it.
